All TCG card sales are considered final once the order has been shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Reporting an Issue:
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us through our official Instagram account or Gocollecta@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Please include:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Review Process:
Once we receive your request, we will review the information and determine whether a refund or replacement is available. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping & Packaging:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
